Refund policy

At Shaqtu Store, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with photos/videos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products (Serums, Creams, etc.).

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or Clearance Sale.

  • Products without their original seal.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your account details.

  • Processing Time: Refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty Product: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Shaqtu Store will cover the shipping costs.
