Thank you for choosing Shaqtu Store. We are committed to delivering your favorite skincare essentials to your doorstep safely and swiftly across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with premium courier services (TCS, Leopards, or M&P) to ensure timely delivery:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: During sales events or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. [200] applies to all orders under Rs. [2000].

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. [3000].

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier agent at the time of delivery.

  • For high-value orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for a final confirmation before dispatching.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this number on the respective courier company’s website to track your parcel in real-time.

6. Damaged During Transit

Your Shaqtu serums are packed with extra care. However, if you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged or leaking:

  • Do not accept the parcel from the courier.

  • Take a photo/video and contact us immediately at [03012251122].

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Undelivered Parcels

The courier will usually attempt delivery two times. If the customer is unavailable or the phone is unattended, the parcel will be returned to us. To re-ship the order, additional shipping charges may apply.
